ICF Consulting Group, Inc. Project Coordinator, Remote in Topeka, Kansas
The project coordinator will provide junior-level business analysis and executive-level administrative support for the project, directly supporting senior leaders to ensure the project can efficiently complete complex tasks and accomplish all objectives.
Key Responsibilities The project coordinator will:
Manage tracking systems for project tasks, activities, and deliverables Interface and build collaborative relationships with team leads across the project and various ICF departments, such as contracts
Provide administrative assistance, such as maintaining comprehensive and accurate records and performing accounting duties
Organize meetings, including scheduling, developing and finalizing agendas, sending reminders, and preparing meeting notes and other documentation
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and applications (e.g., Excel, Exchange, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
1+ years experience as a project coordinator or similar role
Preferred Skills:
Business/financial acumen and desire to grow in skills and experience
Ability to multi-task with strong communication and interpersonal skills Aptitude to interface with geographically dispersed, remote-working, diverse teams
Experience with SharePoint and/or other knowledge management systems
Professional Skills:
Excellent team player with the proven ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
High degree of comfort in a fast-paced, outcomes-oriented environment
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal staff and clients and external service providers and stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism including the ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and diplomacy
Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks with short timelines and high priority, while communicating status to a variety of stakeholders as well as project management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely, working with an interdisciplinary team communicating and collaboratively primarily online
