Summary:

The Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) group brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. We are building tools and experiences that make people feel closer together in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). We are looking for an experienced Retail Program Manager to join the FRL Creative Team - the team that creates integrated Retail campaigns across 3rd Party marketing channels to ensure a consistent brand globally. This person ideally will provide strategic program management and execution leadership.

Required Skills:

  1. Create strong partnerships with the Global Services Teams (including Visual Merchandising and Field Staff), Sales and Channel Marketing Managers, Channel Leads, Product Marketing Managers, internal creative teams and external agencies

  2. Reports directly to the Program Management Lead

  3. Partner with the Retail Creative team, Global Services counterparts and Sales leads for day-to-day creative needs at an initiative and project level

  4. Orchestrate how creative projects fit within the wider business portfolio through the lens of objectives, impact, risks and resources

  5. Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams and projects

  6. Build and optimize systems, process, tools and standards that improve creative production within the organization

  7. Coordinate the wider team to ensure successful communication and delivery of various marketing launches

  8. Manage Production and Retail agency relationships for large and small scale Retail creative campaigns relating to creative

  9. In partnership with Global Services and Retail Creatives, manage the development of always-on programs that exist outside of a campaign framework as well as ad hoc requests

  10. Manage workflow for inbound and outbound projects, integrated production budgets and approvals, requirements for strategic sourcing and procurement, and the development of high-quality assets, often with tight deadlines

  11. Maintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working closely within Design, Legal and Product guidance

  12. Mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency, production studio and/or client-side in a digital product marketing company

  2. Creative operations experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and negotiation

  3. Experience in all aspects of creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing and delivery/trafficking through the lens of In-Store and Online

  4. Experience across major creative channels and large-scale integrated creative campaigns. This may include but not be limited to: live action, digital delivery, social, influencer, CRM, web/e-commerce with Retail first in mind

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Retail campaign needs for third party, ideally with a global understanding and vision to achieve scale and rapid growth. Well rounded understanding of third party needs both physical brick and mortar and digital

  2. 8+ years Retail experience within a creative agency, large production studio and/or client-side

  3. Experience with additional creative channels. This may include but not be limited to: print, out of home and/or experiential workstreams

  4. Experience working with a large, global tech company

  5. Experience working as a cross-functional manager within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment
