The Senior Manager, MuleSoft Self-Paced Training owns the creation of creative, innovative, engaging and educational self-paced content for all MuleSoft technologies. You are responsible for engaging with the MuleSoft ecosystem through self-paced training content of all length or depth, from introduction to deeply technical and advanced.

Your passion is to take technical topics and create an engaging consumption model that helps individuals to become proficient in the use of MuleSoft technologies by roles such as Citizen Integrator, Developer, Architect, or Operations. You know how to take weeks of learning and structure them with digestible milestones and guidance throughout to achieve our learning objectives.

What you’ll achieve:

3 months:

  • Complete Salesforce and MuleSoft onboarding programs

  • Become familiar with MuleSoft’s existing online learning program, systems, format, and content

  • Become familiar with MuleSoft’s existing training and certification portfolio, roadmap, initiatives, and priorities

  • Take over management of the self-paced content production team

  • Participate in and then own the interview process to hire additional team members

12 months:

  • Drive short-term and long-term program, system, and format changes to increase student engagement, student satisfaction, content completion, and student certifications

  • Review, analyze, and report on all program data and metrics regularly

  • Identify data gaps and design and implement ways to obtain that data

  • Design and implement a comprehensive communication plan for interactions and continuous engagement with students

  • Own the deployment and upkeep of the online content to the Learning Management System

  • Participate in the design and implementation of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new releases

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years leading the implementation of innovative learning solutions in fast-paced environments for a highly technical audience including developers and/or architects

  • 5+ years managing a globally distributed development team

  • Proven track record devising and successfully implementing short-term and long-term strategies to achieve desired business outcomes

  • Ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and within budget, while effectively communicating strategy, goals, and requirements with all stakeholders

  • Familiarity with one or more Learning Management Systems

  • Familiarity with tools to create self-paced learning content

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, especially with regards to written output

  • Ability to successfully collaborate with geographically distributed teams

  • Independent, creative, self-starter with the ability to be successful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What would also be useful to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce and Trailhead
