Motion Recruitment Partners Program Manager, MSP Programs - Fully Remote in Topeka, Kansas

Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a hands-on MSP Program Manager (based anywhere in the US except Colorado) from the recruitment industry to manage an established contingent labor MSP program in a virtual/remote setting. This position is full-time, reports directly into our Executive Director, MSP Programs and would have oversight responsibility for any MSP Program Coordinators that were assigned to the account.

The Program Manager is directly responsible for delivering consultative solutions for tactical/operational service delivery for the dedicated MSP account. This role oversees, plans, directs and controls all phases of the MSP program in order to increase productivity, deliver client delight, and encourage program growth within a fair and competitive environment. Responsibilities include high level Requisition Management and Fulfillment, Client Management, Business Development, Operations, and Supplier Management.

As a Program Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for all MSP program related client operations and service aspects as well as for the implementation, direction, quality and program adherence, across multiple locations and with multiple suppliers

  • Cultivate program evolution while keeping alignment with client's strategic needs

  • Build relationships with key client decision makers and establishes and maintains rapport

  • Coordinate, communicate and lead the change management efforts related to the MSP, both within Sevenstep and the client

  • Provide client with regular updates regarding the MSP, including latest industry trends, best practices internally and externally, as well as potential program enhancements

  • Perform as the day-to-day escalation contact for the contractors within the MSP program

  • Design and implement a team-results oriented culture, reinforcing collective results over team member results

  • Support the MSP to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all program policies and procedures

  • Work with the Sevenstep A&I team and other applicable resources to provide accurate, timely and complete performance analyses

  • Accountable for monthly/quarterly reporting of the MSP on the various metrics that have been established for the program

  • Oversee and enhance the use of VMS technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality results

  • Satisfy quality metrics that are established for the program and ensures supplier adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements

Ideally, you will:

  • Possess a minimum of 1+ years of MSP experience

  • Have previous account management, client-facing experience

  • Possess a high sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment

  • Be organized and self-guided, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally

  • Have the ability to resolve complex client situations in an effective manner

  • Communicate capably and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations

  • Have the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management

  • Be proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Excel and email

  • Hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a degree, you must have a GED or High School diploma, or be a Veteran with an honorable discharge from military service, and have relevant experience within TA, HR, Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, or like industries
