Job Description Summary

Under guidance, helps develop, testing, debugging and implementing operating systems components, software tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems. Help modify existing software to fit specialized needs and configurations, and maintain program libraries and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • You will develop high quality and reusable Web API, service, UI, performance, and other test automation for hybrid cloud applications (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) that support high availability, high scalability, and parallel processing.

  • You will participate in special projects and conduct technical research regarding different ways to improve our test automation development environment and best practices with C#, Selenium and Spec flow

  • Work in Agile teams following Agile + SAFe methodologies to deliver high quality products.

  • Improve your skills by self-learning, and other group learning opportunities that you are always welcome to attend or even lead.

  • Use the latest test automation development tools, and follow industry and Wolters Kluwer technical standards.

  • Understand the use of technology and how its implementation affects strategic goals.

  • You will report to the Manager of Software Engineering

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or STEM

  • 2 years of programming experience with C#, and experience with quality engineer with similar roles / responsibilities.

  • Expertise designing, coding, and implementing automated tests that have stability, performance, scalability, and localization requirements in mind.

  • Experience with quality up-front plans such as TDD, CI, and automated test frameworks such as Selenium

  • Proficient in Specflow

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL database design

  • Successful track record delivering high-quality code on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies.
