Job Description Summary
Requires working knowledge of theories, principles and concepts and applies general knowledge of business and industry practices within technology product management. Understands key business drivers and builds knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. Under a moderate level of guidance, responsible for solving moderately complex problems following established policies and procedures. Responsible for design, implementation, and ongoing execution of operational plans for a technology product, product family or segment. Contributes to and improves technology products through compiling and evaluating research on product and pricing requirements, identifies internal processes, policies, and procedures required to support assigned products and deliver optimal internal and external customer experiences. Interfaces with product managers, engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers to create and maintain product package SKUs, pricing, and related promotions. Effectively contributes to various aspects of the line of business in support of the organization’s goals and market needs which may include marketing strategies, marketing programs and tools, competitive analyses, market assessment, and product planning. Plans own work and adjusts efforts to meet goals. Supports the achievement of goals through own personal efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with Product Managers and Finance teams, implements, and tests annual product definitions and related SKUs within all customer order, fulfilment, invoicing, and collection systems.
In partnership with product management and finance teams, leads the development and analysis of competitive product and service pricing strategies for assigned products.
Implements and maintains annual (and as-needed) pricing definitions for the product portfolio. Responsible for ensuring accurate pricing, invoicing, collections, and reporting.
In partnership with product management, sales, and marketing teams identify and develop product promotion plans and their related promotion codes. Responsible for ensuring the successful development, testing, deployment, communication, and performance reporting of promotions used by sales and digital marketing channels.
Gathers, analyzes, and prepares product performance data including but not limited to product package performance metrics, new sales, renewals, customer migrations, client counts, product promotions, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and collection status.
In partnership with the product management and marketing teams, participates in the planning, development and delivery of Sales, Customer Service, and customer training programs.

Job Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
Experience and Skills:
Minimum two years of experience
Minimum three years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS software industry
Two or more years of hands-on experience applying recognized process improvement methodology preferred.
Three years or more experience with Wolters Kluwer operational systems and processes preferred (Sales Force, SAP, JIRA and others)
Business, sales, customer support and/or financial acumen
Ability to align deliverables with strategy and priority.
Project management, planning and task prioritization experience.
Ability to break down complex ideas into simple concepts and actionable steps.
Proficiency in collaborating and translating business requirements into technical and/or process requirements.
Process orientation and data analysis
Cross team collaboration and negotiation skills
