Job Description

We are looking for a product manager who can:

Help develop the next generation of order management and pricing applications.

Create AI assisted business flows.

Maximize ease of use during price authoring and automate sales order price calculations for goods and services.

Develop pricing solutions to enable customers to maximize their revenues and/or profit for their business

Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to design and deliver important new product features.

Evangelize the next generation of applications to prospects, customers and stake holders.

Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division, you will:

Help to design compelling product enhancements that solve real life customer business challenges.

Analyze competing priorities and provide input into product roadmaps and requirements.

Create functional designs for changes to existing software architecture.

Participate in the development of new products and internal tools.

Review integration, unit and regression test plans created by QA.

Collaborate with QA and software engineers to ensure efficient and united efforts towards delivering high quality functionality.

In addition, you should have a baseline understanding of commonly used pricing solutions and business processes and also an eagerness to learn more. You should also be comfortable with self direction and have an action oriented working style.

You should have the willingness to make well informed decisions and also be able to collaborate with stakeholders, engineers and development teams. You should have experience translating requirements into functional design specifications.

You should have a knack for influencing fellow team members and dedication to designing modular, easy to use features that can tackle complex business problems.

You should be capable of becoming a thought leader and demonstrate commitment to building a reputation as a trusted subject matter expert on pricing solutions.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
