Summary:
The Privacy Operations team is responsible for supporting privacy policy for the Facebook family of products. Our team is motivated by providing best in class, integrated support solutions and creating an excellent community experience for our users. As a Privacy Operations Specialist at Facebook, you'll bring your passion for building community and operations together to support case management of data rights requests and execute related scalable support experiences. The right candidate must have a strong work ethic, impeccable judgement and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
Required Skills:
Privacy Ops Specialist Responsibilities:
Work closely with our legal, policy and other cross-functional partners to address complex privacy reports and regulatory inquiries
Document, review and process incoming data privacy requests
Be able to independently investigate complex issues across multiple platforms
Communicate clear and precise explanations of team policies and protocols
Effectively plan and collaborate with team members on a range of projects to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness of our operations
Develop and execute initiatives to improve the community’s interaction with the Facebook platform
Develop skills in a number of different areas including data, tools, project management and quality assessment in support of operational excellence objectives
Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years experience in data privacy, operations, support or paralegal role
Experience solving privacy problems within an operations environment
Communication experience with attention to detail
Experience acting independently across competing priorities and exercise judgment
Preferred Qualifications:

CIPP/E/US/M/A certification
Knowledgeable about Facebook's mission and maintaining user trust in the Facebook family of products
