Summary:

Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to create and manage our Development and Performance programs.

This person will be a part of the Scaled Programs and Experiences (SPE) organization and will report to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate has had experience in defining, developing and launching global programs as well as managing them. They must be comfortable with defining clear measures of success and presenting results on a regular basis. Deep analytical skills and change management experience will be critical for the success of this role. This role has the ability to impact the performance and capabilities of our team members in multiple functions across the globe – the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is very important.

Required Skills:

  1. Define, develop, launch and manage cross functional development programs within SPE

  2. Define and optimize processes to enable cross functional head count movement and democratize access to career opportunities

  3. Be the SPE point of contact with our centralized rLearn team

  4. Design learning paths for roles and levels across the SPE organization as well as track completion and impact

  5. Partner with our diversity leaders to determine investments as well as manage diversity group meetings

  6. Collaborate with leaders to manage leadership development programs within SPE

  7. Collect & analyze data, information, and research through quantitative and qualitative mechanisms to make decisions and recommendations on critical strategic issues

  8. Lead and manage large-scale, organization-wide projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization and close

  9. Manage multiple concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple workstreams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders

  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of Global Recruiting

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 8+ years of program management (design through optimization) experience preferably in the people development realm

  3. Experience with business process management, workflow, and life cycle management

  4. Experience translating business challenges and questions into solutions

  5. Proven strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills

  6. Experience working cross functionally and holding people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure

  7. Experience working independently with minimum supervision and leading multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups/locations/vendors

  8. Cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills

  9. Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio or other process mapping software) to create advanced an polished analyses

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Masters degree or MBA

  2. Experience in high tech environment

  3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
