Oracle Partner Success Manager in Topeka, Kansas
Job Description
The Partner Success Manager will drive customer success outcomes enabled by Oracle cloud as implemented by Oracle Systems Integrator Partners, and will investigate, analyze, supervise, lead, and provide quality control oversight of Oracle Systems Integrator Partner delivery to customers. You will become familiar with partner go-to-market and service-delivery strategies that are across all of Oracle’s cloud and tech offerings (cloud services, GBUs, business processes and enterprise infrastructure). While the job includes components of traditional PMO responsibilities, most of the work is a direct focus on building the quality of our partners’ customer deliveries of Oracle products.
Note: This is NOT a sales job. This is a post-sales role, guiding and improving the partner in their post-sale implementation of Oracle products. Software implementation experience required.
This role will be accountable for:
Global ownership, development, measuring and leading Oracle’s partner implementation and service-delivery strategies for Oracle products.
Supervise and measure the health of Oracle’s partner applications relationship through metrics, governances and dashboards that report on implementation success, project health, consulting team preparation, strategic investment in their Oracle service-delivery practice, partner solutions/initiatives, account planning outcomes, and joint investments.
Use operational data and a global strategy to drive favorable partner behavior intentionally and proactively.
Work closely and influence Oracle leaders in product development, sales, marketing, alliances, business development and other business partners.
Reporting and presenting on business planning and business reviews, supporting leadership meetings, promoting business development including review of new investments, working on strategic operational initiatives, account alignment/follow through, etc.
Use the partner relevant experience to ensure customer success while implementing Oracle solutions.
Set unified governance for leading and measuring customer success associated with partner strategy.
Identify steering committee (participants, roles, responsibilities).
Defining metrics.
Build and lead operational cadence with updates.
Align with multiple Oracle Lines of Business on various partner strategies.
Implement and report in alignment with Field Sales, A&C, GBU, Development and Marketing.
Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.
Responsibilities
Develop long term partnership with our largest and most complex clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Interface at highest levels both internally and within clients. Assigned side projects designed to move the client success organization forward. Required to act as mentor to new CSMs.
Engages in business development strategies and programs in support of Oracle's Customer Success Goals.
Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives.
Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner.
Key Skills & Experience:
The Partner Success Manager will have experience in consulting services roles preferably in software/cloud services and delivery. Ideally, s/he will be a creator, builder, analyzer, optimizer – someone who instinctively analyzes strategy and software implementation standard methodologies to resolve how to make them better.
More specifically, s/he will have the experience described below:
7-10+ years of implementation/partner management experience in the technology industry, preferably software industry. Experience should include relationship management.
Conversant in Oracle technology and product strategies.
Ability to resolve strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and social skills.
BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
Software Implementation & strategy: Will identify and drive the right opportunities for Oracle to innovate, transform and differentiate. Able to make difficult tradeoff decisions
Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills. Able to handle complicated meetings with internal and external senior executives
Hands on – not just a leader/talker but also wants to roll up her/his sleeves to get the job done
Technical proficiency and business acumen
Preferred personal characteristics and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial spirit
Creative problem solver able to shape compelling solutions with Oracle’s partners

California Pay Range: from $58.56 to $108.37 per hour; from $121,800 to $225,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20.
Colorado Pay Range: from $58.56 to $108.37 per hour; from $121,800 to $225,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20.
New York City Pay Range: from $50.48 to $108.37 per hour; from $105,000 to $225,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20.
Washington Pay Range: from $58.56 to $108.37 per hour; from $121,800 to $225,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
