JEO Consulting Group, Inc., is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who will split hours between our Topeka and Lawrence offices. The Administrative Assistant will:
Provide project assistance as needed (mailers, collating, printing, and other production tasks)
Manage travel arrangements, training, and conference registrations, etc.
Collect and distribute mail to include shipping of items when needed
Maintain/order/stock both office and breakroom supplies
Assist with events such as retreats, leadership breakfasts, golf tournaments, and other client events
Coordinate conference room meetings and meals
Support office building matters/requests-communicate with building maintenance staff on cleaning needs, etc.
Maintain service records for pool vehicles and assist with maintenance schedule and service needs
Other office duties as assigned
2+ years of experience in an office environment preferred
Strong organizational ability
Ability to work independently and multi-task with attention to details, accuracy, and deadlines
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Highly flexible and adaptable
Proficient in MS Office products including Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Adobe
