Job Description
Position Responsibilities
Support our global benefits governance process
Provide guidance to regional & local teams in designing of local benefits programs and policies to ensure their competitiveness and compliance
Manage global benefits data inventory tool
Manage preferred broker & consultants
Manage multinational pooling partners and execute the benefits financing strategy
Support global wellbeing initiatives and implementation
Manage global travel policies and expat benefits programs
Handle global mobility benefits issues – retirement, medical claims etc.
Support M&AD activities
Ad-hoc projects from US benefits team such as inclusive benefits, data analysis, pension de-risking and severance plan redesign etc.
Education Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in HR, benefits, finance, consulting, or related fields Qualifications
Preferred Experience and Skills :
Experiences with Work Day or other similar HRIS systems preferred
Advanced degree and/or Benefits certification preferred
Strong analytical capability
Knowledge and experience of international benefits programs and policies
Different language preferred
Understanding of cultural differences and ability to work flexibly with colleagues around the world
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders
Demonstrated resourcefulness in researching solutions and providing participant steerage to available resources
