How will you make an Impact:
This is a critical senior role within Learning & Development, responsible for assessing the performance improvement needs of the organization, including training, and collaborating with cross-functional SMEs and stakeholders at all levels to design holistic performance solutions. This role will measure training effectiveness using performance KPIs, and help guide L&D's prioritization and planning, as well as influence organizational decisions regarding continuous improvement, performance, and learning and development. This role will support Global and Client audits as well as act as Project Manager for critical L&D organizational projects.
What will you do:
Provide performance consulting services to internal clients at all levels.
Attend deviation and post-audit meetings to help determine root causes, and performance improvement solutions.
Attend change control and project planning meetings to help determine training impact, resources, timing required, etc.
Apply industry best Human Performance concepts to help customers determine when training is appropriate to solve problems vs. other solutions.
Attend dept SQDCP meetings to understand future training needs/impact.
Collaborate with SMEs, system owners, to design & develop training following industry best practices in instructional design and methodologies.
Deliver training as needed.
Measure and report training effectiveness using appropriate performance metrics.
Facilitate training impact assessments for document changes.
Act as Project Manager for new projects impacting the field of L&D for VVS at the Global, Site and Group level.
Design/develop/streamline curricula and review training plans.
Champion continuous improvement throughout the L&D organization specifically in fields of LMS, e-DMS, and electronic systems.
Champion L&D initiatives and educate internal clients on L&D.
Drive continuous improvement of the L&D program toward achievement of a High Impact Learning Organization.
Oversee the Training Inbox and provide Customer service and guidance on ticket requests.
How will you get here:
5 - 8 years of Learning & Development experience.
3+ years of cGMP/regulatory experience
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field
5 years of experience developing/delivering training/presentations
Strong working knowledge of cGMP/21CFRPart11/other applicable regulations, and Risk Management principles
Excellent written and verbal communication and interaction skills
Familiarity with Project Management basic skills and tools
2+ years of experience with structured Instructional Design (e.g. ADDIE)
Experience supporting internal and external audits
2+ years' experience facilitating root cause analysis using common RCA techniques
- 3+ years of experience developing/deploying process improvement solutions (e.g. LEAN)
May be required to gown into cleanrooms.
