Change Healthcare Operations Supervisor in Topeka, Kansas

Overview of PositionResponsible for managing the Revenue Cycle Outsourcing and onshore teams. Providing day to day operational support on Accounts Receivable. Assist Operations Manager by providing updates on daily workflow, overseeing AR pathways, and reporting needs to ensure TAT. Regular monitoring of Accounts Receivable, onshore and offshore productivity and QC, and daily workflows.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Responsible for managing the Revenue Cycle Outsourcing and onshore teams.

  • Providing day to day operational support on Accounts Receivable.

  • Assist Operations Manager by providing updates on daily workflow, overseeing AR pathways, and reporting needs to ensure TAT.

  • Regular monitoring of Accounts Receivable, onshore and offshore productivity and QC, and daily workflows.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 3+ years revenue cycle experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Knowledge of revenue cycle management

  • Leadership skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
