Meta Operations Sourcing Manager in Topeka, Kansas
Summary:
This Sourcing Manager position will act as the primary contact for the Technology and Components team to support Facebook’s mass production build and ships requirements to its data centers globally. As a Sourcing Manager you will support the day-to-day operations and fulfillment activities while working closely with internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for analytics, performance management, and reporting.
Required Skills:
Operations Sourcing Manager Responsibilities:
Development and communication of forecast to suppliers
Build plan review and coordination with key suppliers/partners
Ensure alignment between capacity plan priorities and supplier commitments
Quote compilation and accuracy
Monitor supplier performance to pricing and business splits as defined by commodity team
SLA Performance: Measure, manage and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated service level agreements (SLA)
Ongoing Cost Productivity: Measure, report and action cost improvement as compared to market pricing and pricing models
Scorecard Management: Lead measuring supplier performance, root cause issues and driving improved performance
Rollup of team performance metrics
Own all aspects of supplier performance
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of industry experience in a technical or business related field
5+ years of experience in Sourcing Management or Supply Chain Management with a technology focus
Experience working in an analytical and results focused role
Experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance processes
Experience working with and managing technology suppliers

Masters Degree in a technical or business related field
Experience in using cost models and objective based performance measures
