The Manager, Global Regulatory Learning (GRL), is responsible for leading the deployment of global regulatory and required learning initiatives across the organization. The Manager will partner with subject matter experts at various levels to ideate and create audience assignment strategies as well as provide consultation to enterprise clients on deployment best practices.
The Manager will also lead program process/functionality enhancements through technology to support current and future program improvements. This individual will lead the team in implementing end-to-end program and process related matters and addressing complex inquiries from business partners, management, regulators, and learners. This role reports to the Director, Global Regulatory Learning.
Lead the day-to-day operations associated with GRL program management, deployment, and communication of annual enterprise regulatory and required learning
Liaise with clients and Subject Matter Experts to launch and track learning initiatives
Drive innovative solutions to support the GRL deployment strategy and drive efficiencies to improve the colleague experience
Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and consult on best-in-class, scalable and modern learning solutions
Support audit and exam related requests as pertains to global regulatory learning program, processes and/or procedures, as appropriate
Leverage program data insights to identify future areas of opportunity
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize information to audience assignment strategies
Minimum of 2 years experience as a people leader
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and/or cross-functional Subject Matter Experts to drive progress and achieve results
Superior project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines concurrently
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, excel in a complex fast paced, team-oriented environment with rapidly evolving business demands and shifting priorities
In-depth Learning Management System knowledge, Cornerstone preferred
Self-starter with proven track record of developing strategies and driving results
Enthusiastic; demonstrates the will to win, learn, innovate, and grow!
