A) The work does offer some latitude. Employees must work within state policies, procedures, and acceptable professional
standards. But each event and customer are different.
B) The manager will schedule the staff and hand out specific assignments based on the event.
C) Most assignments are given orally, and results will be monitored by the MVC Manager.
