We are looking for a process driven, highly motivated Business Relationship Manger (BRM) to join the Xerox Global HCM Team. This position will provide quality HR system solutions for all Human Resource technologies with specific knowledge of Payroll Processes, Oracle HCM Cloud Time and ADP Global View. You will work closely with teams to identify, implement, and document business processes for the HR business community. You will participate in the methodical investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of the HR business functions and processes, the information used, and the data on which the information is based. Define requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems and quantification of potential business benefits.

Responsibilities:

As the HRIS Manager - Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising HR leaders on innovative solutions to bring the full suite of Digital HR Technology capabilities to their HR function and business.

  • Developing and implementing an HR Technology roadmap, including intake and prioritization mechanisms, to ensure the timely delivery of technical solutions.

  • Collaborating closely with the Corporate Technology function to provide ongoing Core technology support for HR Systems, leveraging enterprise-wide technology solutions within HR.

  • Leading projects and developing multi-year Digital HR Digital Transformation Strategies while monitoring and mitigating project issues and risks.

  • Partnering, managing, and supporting internal and external groups, including IT, vendors, and system owners, to deliver configuration and maintenance programs.

  • Maintaining a point of view on Digital HR technology trends and their potential impact on HR service delivery.

  • Ensuring deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate by maintaining a hands-on role.

  • Managing HR technology vendor contract negotiations and facilitating the integration of third-party vendor applications.

  • Leading and facilitating the process to develop technology requirements using interviews, business process analysis, workshops, surveys, and use-case scenarios.

  • Translating project proposals into business use-cases and project charters outlining resource requirements, staffing needs, project costs, timelines, and business benefits.

  • Desire to learn and ability to think strategically, execute and collaborate

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and self-manage focus and time

  • Experience with AI

  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and providing ongoing support of HR applications.

  • 3+ years of experience in managing HR/IT governance programs.

  • 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise Human Capital Management Platform - Oracle Fusion HCM (Preferred) .

  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management.
