The Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. We strive to ensure employees feel heard and given the resources and support they need during the most important moments in their careers.We are seeking a Lead Digital Ecosystem Designer to drive technology solutions for HR programs. The ideal candidate will question common assumptions, rethink existing processes, and see every challenge as an opportunity for improvement. We’re looking for an execution-focused individual, who can look at the big picture from a service design, user experience, technology, and business standpoint. This role supports process and engineering on a global scale.The focus of this role will be on driving the development of product/service strategy in collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams based on quantitative analysis, industry research, and partner insights.

Required Skills:

  1. Ensure successful execution for multiple initiatives across the HR ecosystem, ranging from new product experiments to new partnership opportunities

  2. Define Facebook’s digital ecosystem experience approach and design principles based on feedback from experience researchers and data specialist

  3. Support cross-functional stakeholders outreach and involvement during the build of digital strategy & experiences, including value proposition development through collateral(s) and planning, prioritization and goals definition

  4. Effectively leverage data dashboards and metric libraries to inform prioritization processes and engineering roadmaps

  5. Manage, mentor and support Digital Ecosystem Designer(s) in crafting & reviewing design assets and solution documentation

  6. Manage, mentor and guide Digital Ecosystem Researcher(s) to identify adoption opportunities for new products and improvements for current products, supporting user-centered activities such as concept testing and usability testing

  7. Collaborate with Knowledge and Content Management Lead to co-create the best approach to embed relevant, contextual, updated information to employees as they interact with the ecosystem of surfaces

  8. Translate business strategy and stakeholder needs into documented business & technical requirements for engineering teams, including process designs and user flows

  9. Identify and support transformative cross-functional initiatives to improve employee experience and business processes for HR

  10. Partner with Business & Engineering teams to drive alignment on future state visions and deliver innovative solutions and ensures acceptance criteria is met

  11. Maintain effective communication with project relevant stakeholders

  12. For products and services that reach substantial scale, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product success factors and develop playbooks and processes for driving growth and partner adoption at scale

  13. Understand content accountability and information architecture principles to develop tool ecosystem’s blueprints

  14. Support team leads of technology professionals with a focus on HR products

  15. Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing suite of current and future technology investments

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years experience implementing user-centric solutions

  2. 8+ years experience creating business requirements artifacts, including process designs and service blueprints

  3. 5+ years experience leveraging agile methodology to deliver solutions in collaboration with product/application managers, designers, researchers, data specialists and developers

  4. 3+ years of experience in a people management role

  5. Experience influencing at all levels of organization, as well as driving and implementing company-wide changes

  6. Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive business decisions & technology solutions

  7. Proven communications, relationship management, partnership building and leadership influencing skills

  8. Experience managing, growing, and developing individual contributors and leading and managing teams

  9. Demonstrated experience leading global technical projects end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

  10. Experience in prototyping and wireframing digital solution with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

  11. Experience with designing and delivering design thinking sessions & workshops, setting clear expectations and defining tangible outcomes

  12. Proven track record of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce and Workplace by Facebook functionality including tenant configuration, data loads, and maintenance

  2. Enthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problem

  3. Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders and users

  4. Possess knowledge of HR Systems industry practices, advanced techniques and solutions to design & prototype new processes and solutions

  5. Experience with any leading RPA technologies like UI Path or Automation Anywhere
