The HR Application Support Lead as part of the Global CIO office will serve as the lead resource for the HR and WFM application portfolio. Responsibilities will include system administration, planning, reporting and liaison for developing strong relationships between business, HR application product owners and CIO. The role will also provide critical IT support and leadership for our HCM Discovery and resulting HR Transformation Project
HR and WFM Application System Administration and Support
Work in conjunction with IT 3rd party support vendor to ensure periodic patching process for SaaS applications is appropriately reviewed, tested and implemented without impact to the business users
Understanding of current and latest feature released with quarterly updates.Work with IT 3rd party support to share those findings with business partners on a regular cadence and champion their implementation.Appropriately communicate to business any new capabilities that have been made available.
Provides project management support on major configuration changes, enhancements and uptake of features and functionality.Help coordinate confirmation of capabilities and process, SIT-UAT testing cycles, Implementation and Hypercare activities
Manages Minor Enhancement Product Backlog for HR and WFM Applications
Develops and leverages relationships with Application Support, 3rd Party Vendor, CIO and Business to ensure that business needs are being addressed by Product portfolio in a secure and sustainable manner
HR Transformation Project
Core team member for HR Transformation project working with team to ensure project is delivered on time and solutions are in-line with expected benefits
Will partner with Internal BV IT teams to ensure appropriate technology reviews, architecture support and security reviews progress as planned
Will work with SI, CIO Office and Business to ensure that Migration and Integrations deliverables are properly supported by B&V, on track for timely completion and appropriately documented by SI/CTO at project completion.
Will work with HR Transformation PM and partner with SI and BV CIO to ensure other technology related roadblocks are mitigated deliverables are completed timely
Reporting and Technology
Research and understanding of the Integrations and data available in the HR and WFM applications
Engage with business, 3rd party support and CIO IT support to deliver automation where value added
Bachelor degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent work experience
8 years of related experience.
