Volt is immediately hiring a Remote Sourcer. The Sourcer will search for qualified candidates in the fields of Corporate, Manufacturing and Production, Technical, and Healthcare. This position is a contract role and expected to last through the end of the year. Contract length could be extended based on an individual\'s attendance and performance.

This position requires a bachelor\'s degree and 3 years of experience with sourcing candidates, or 7 years of sourcing exp with a Highschool Diploma. This position is remote and will be an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9am - 3pm CST.

Position also requires current or previous experience working with Workday Software.


  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including but not limited to social media, professional networking sites, job boards, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.
  • Employ advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.) to effectively target and engage passive candidates.
  • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, emails, and networking events to establish strong relationships and promote employer brand awareness.
  • Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Track and report sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • 3 years of sourcing experience with a bachelor\'s degree, or 7 years of sourcing experience with a High School Diploma/ Recruiting experience should be in Corporate, Manufacturing and Production, Technical, or Healthcare fields.
  • Experience working in and with Workday Software.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 9am to 3pm CST.

Pay Rate

: \$32.50 per hour.
