IMSolutions is looking for Federal Grants Management Specialists to join us at our client The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
These jobs will be fully remote - 100% telework in the U.S.
As a Grants Management Specialist III , you will support the updates of Federal grant policies and procedures by leveraging the in-depth understanding of the full grants lifecycle from solicitation and evaluation of applications to closeout and audit.
These functions include:
Perform various contract/grant administration functions to assist the Government PCO/Grants Officer in acquisition planning.
Provide grants administration from pre-award through closeout.
Preparation of acquisition strategy plans and briefings.
Preparation of Justification and Approval (J&A).
Source selection plans and other contractual documentation.
Maintain copies of contracts/grants, staff all requested changes, and determine if the change applies to other contracts/grants.
Research and resolve any problematic transactions
Requirements:
10+ years of Federal grants management experience
Bachelor’s degree or at least 24 credit hours in business or a business-related field.
Knowledge of Federal grants laws, regulations, and policies, and an understanding of business and industry grant practices.
Experience in grant financial analysis and providing technical assistance and recommendations to meet the intent of the grant.
U.S. Citizenship or Foreign National with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for three (3) or more years.
Ability to pass a Federal Public Trust Clearance, which must be adjudicated favorably for you to begin working. This requires fingerprinting and reporting on your previous employment, residence, education, and financial and legal background. Candidates may be disqualified for federal or state convictions of crimes, military court-martials, delinquent federal debt including taxes and student loans, current use of illegal drugs, or lying on their application.
Base compensation range and benefits:
$85,000 to $100,000
Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
