eProductivity Software is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our team. This individual will focus on executing sales specifically for the corrugated/packaging industry. This is a telecommute position, but the individual needs to sit in the North Eastern United States. This person will report to the Director, ePS North America Sales.

What you will do:

  • Manage all full-cycle sales activities within assigned territory including client development, sales of emerging product and multi-product sales, onsite customer presentations, and sales campaigns.

  • Generate new account sales and growth to existing account base.

  • Provide timely and accurate territory reporting, forecasting to sales management utilizing salesforce.com.

  • Develop specific regional plans to ensure revenue growth in all eProductivity Software’s EPS Packaging products.

  • LeverageeProductivity Softwareresources and capabilities inside Marketing, Sales, and the Business Unit towards the achievement of goals.

  • Provide regular feedback to marketing, sales, and product management regarding products

  • Establish and build relationships with eProductivity Softwaresales and technical support.

  • Communicate regularly through personal visits, telephone calls, etc. with key contacts; field traveling is a must (50%).

  • Attend all assigned tradeshows, open houses, association and othereProductivity Softwareevents.

  • Achieve revenue targets within operating budgets.

This role might be a good fit if you:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business or related field.

  • Have a solid 5 to 10 years of enterprise MIS/ERP/MES software sales experience with five (5) or more years of field sales experience.

  • Have a good understanding of the lifecycle of an order or business processes in the packaging business.

  • Can handle complex technical sales cycles.

  • Are knowledgeable and experienced with Packaging markets and the Packaging industry, definite advantage

  • Demonstrated track record meeting/exceeding quota in a complex Sales role.

  • Expertise in complete sales cycle management – prospect identification, qualification, discovery, ROI, proposal and close.

  • Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experienced selling to various stakeholders within target organizations, including C-Level sales.

  • Proven success turning cold calling into revenue-generating accounts.

  • Have excellent presentation, negotiation and written communication skills.

  • Establish effective communication with appropriate sales and technical managers to ensure proper sensitivity to all sales needs.

  • Can manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region.
