Summary:

Clean patient rooms, restrooms, and offices throughout the health center. Maintain floors and corridors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

General Duties

  • Performs daily patient room cleaning.

  • Performs dismissal cleaning.

  • Performs isolation room cleaning.

  • Cleans public and patient restrooms.

  • Cleans offices.

  • Keeps equipment clean and maintained.

  • Handles hazardous waste properly.

  • Proper usage of supplies.

  • Maintains flexibility to meet needs and requests.

  • Dilutes chemicals properly.

  • Performs meeting setups as requested

    Education/Experience:

Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred, willingness to perform routine, repetitive cleaning tasks.
