The Senior Manager of Employee Engagement will manage and execute on strategies to attract and retain the right talent and employees globally. The responsibilities of this role will be to project manage new and existing employee engagement initiatives, as well as monitor and drive the success of these programs through performance measurement. This role will collaborate with stakeholders at the global, regional and country levels to collect feedback, analyze metrics and create plans to continuously foster engagement. This role will ensure applications, technology and applicable processes are in place for program execution and collection of metrics for ongoing insights reporting. Given the level of collaboration across global regions, the person in this role will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in understanding and navigating cultural norms and be proficient in tailoring initiatives, communications and actions accordingly. This position will report to the Senior Director of Employee Engagement.

  • Partner with global teams to assess stakeholder needs and project requirements and then execute and monitor key initiatives to promote and achieve employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with technology teams and external vendors to create and deliver resources and tools/applications that support employee engagement initiatives.

  • Manage the implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees globally.

  • Coordinate and create timelines and project manage activities and to increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture globally.

  • Acts as the liaison to gather feedback from stakeholders and employees, that can be analyzed for continued improvement using consistent and accurate measurement metrics.

  • Review, analyze and assesses program utilization, employee feedback, competitive landscape for competitive offerings within our industry, and workforce productivity to ensure that cost-effective mix of programs is offered.

  • Draft internal communications, events and program materials, including user guidelines, snapcoms, e-blasts, communication boards, etc., ensuring content consistency of messages and alignment to overall company and HR strategy.

  • Review data to support business initiatives and analysis of metrics.

  • Collaborates with and builds relationships across regions, countries and functions

  • Implements engagement programs through various applications and technologies to provide consistent and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual insights reporting.

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent well rounded global HR related work experience.

  • Minimum of 6 years functional experience with a progressive increase of responsibility in developing programs and initiatives designed to drive employee engagement

  • Experience working with external vendors to project manage the delivery of technology platforms that support stakeholder and business needs

  • Proven track record in managing projects; devising and implementing, effective, result-oriented employee initiatives and engagement programs, with solid technical knowledge and experience in selecting, writing requirements, and implementing international engagement platforms. (Understanding of SaaS technology a plus)

  • Demonstrated global acumen and understanding of cultural nuances

  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to translate data and insights into visualizations for high level leadership presentations

  • Excellent communication, research, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to create content using solution briefs, interviews with subject matter experts and other resources.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment that spans different job functions, departments, and geographies.

  • Excellent judgement, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and creative decision making a must.

  • Strong MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills, with creative presentation and advanced excel skills.

  • Knowledge of MS Teams and Sharepoint a plus

  • Experience implementing or managing a global employee engagement platform preferred.

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulation.
