What You’ll Be Doing:

Responsibilities for the Director role include:

Developing the company’s long-term solution vision in defined specialty area(s)

  • Lead market research to understand customer priorities and unmet needs

  • Assess the competitive landscape and market dynamics

  • Define and maintain an enterprise-wide point of view on market opportunity

  • Articulate and align stakeholders on the specialty solution vision and strategic roadmap

Supporting the company’s near-term growth priorities with market strategy and product expertise

  • Optimize product positioning and scope for existing offerings

  • Create compelling, succinct market-facing and internal solution collateral

  • Inform specialty sales strategy

  • Provide product subject matter expertise to support successful business development

Driving specialty product innovation

  • Assess build/buy/partner decisions for prioritized opportunities

  • Ideate, define, and test potential product concepts

  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to design and deploy new solutions

  • Plan for successful Go-To-Market and new product launch

The Experience You’ll Need (Required):

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 8+ years’ experience

  • Previous experience working in health care in a related capacity (e.g., may include strategy, growth, innovation, management, operations, research, etc.)

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

  • Experience in a strategy management consulting firm or similar organization

  • Growth strategy experience, e.g., assessing new business lines, entrepreneurial experience

  • Experience developing and/or deploying new health care technology and/or services

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity

  • Analytic rigor

  • Resourcefulness – ability to procure detailed data and information

  • Drive to “get stuff done”

  • Proven project management skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail

  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills, ability to engage in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders

  • Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships across functions and levels

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $-, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
