What You’ll Be Doing:
The Director of Provider Solutions in collaboration with Market VP, Provider Solutions will be responsible for development, retention, maintenance of provider risk accounts. Responsibilities include building and executing strategic guidance plans, establishing standard meeting schedules, effectively communicating account performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with finance and data team in making sure health plan leakage logic is correct
Work closely with Provider Solutions Associate Directors in making sure health plan leakage is addressed with provider and/or recouped (when applicable)
Works closely with Market VP in managing MER
Responsible for departmental projects as requested by Provider Solutions leadership and/or Corporate office
Identifies and analyzes problems, plans tasks and solutions. Provides guidance to team on development, performance, and productivity issues.
Works closely with Clinical and Analytic teams in identifying/ analyzing problems and collaborates in bringing solutions
Will actively participate in implementation/expansion efforts as needed
Responsible for departmental projects as requested by Provider Solutions Leadership and/or Corporate office.
Contributor in managing payor accounts in assigned markets to include opportunities for client retention/growth and client satisfaction
Assists in the development and implementation of provider contracting strategies,
Education, Experience & Licensure:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience;
Minimum of 8 plus years’ experience working in operations or client management environments.
Skills & Requirements:
Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively with a broad spectrum of people both internal and external, in person, via email and on the telephone.
Knowledge of health solutions industry
Strong interpersonal and relationship skill

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $80,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
