Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle.
As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important. Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.

The Oracle Hospitality Enablement Leader, reporting to the Group Vice President for Solution Engineering, will be responsible for Enablement program design, development, execution, and evaluation. The Enablement Leader is responsible for ensuring the best programs are available to the HGBU employees and partners. The Enablement program focuses on creative orchestration, execution, and analysis of high-impact programs, offering an accelerated enablement experience and inspiring flawless execution to our customers.
The top candidate will have experience defining and developing innovative enablement programs with an understanding of human-centered design and optimized adult learning and will be creative, passionate, analytical, and have a background in sales and program management.

You and your team will be focused on the following main areas of enablement for the organization: Advanced Product Enablement, Sales and Soft Skills Programs, Presentation Coaching, Onboarding, Excellence, and Leadership Development.
Your team will be responsible for managing and delivering creative and engaging high-value programs which improve overall productivity and inspire flawless effectiveness and driving revenue and growth. You’ll be an inspiration to Oracle Hospitality’s global organization as well as our partner community.
In addition, you and your team will be motivating and equipping each Oracle Hospitality employee with skills and opportunities to increase their own personal/professional success and happiness. This role is responsible for encouraging a culture of engagement and learning at Oracle Hospitality.
Essentials of the Role:
Maintain current and develop new end-to-end enablement programs including virtual, in person, onboarding, sales, solution engineering, and partner programs addressing global and regional requirements
Lead and develop a team responsible for executing strategic goals for the organization
Partner with department leadership to translate business needs into offerings, programs, and sales effectiveness initiatives
Identify innovative techniques for delivery and consumption
Measure program outcomes based on defined objectives and success criteria
Assist with the creation, execution, and maintenance of enablement assets and curriculum, including presentations, workshops, recordings and digital learning
Share data-driven insights with the leadership team, providing recommendations for iterative improvements in the overarching strategic approach of the enablement programs
Collaborate with Product Strategy and Product Marketing team on programs and content

5+ years program management experience in designing and running similar Enablement, Development and/or Training programs
Effective and proven leadership and mentorship with creative and highly skilled team members
Experience with Hospitality and/or SaaS Solutions. Sales or Solution Engineering experience preferred
Exceptional presentation and delivery skills (oral and written skills). Extensive experience presenting to, and collaborating with, senior leaders.

Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
