Job Description
The Associate Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst supports market research, customer insights, and voice of customer projects and programs by collecting, analyzing, and reporting meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders. The position supports the needs of a variety of stakeholders in Marketing & Communications, Client Engagement, Sales, Product Development, Operations, and other departments.
Responsibilities
Support research initiatives, focused on Prime’s consumer and business customer audiences; monitor customer and industry trends by request
Leverage a variety of primary and secondary data sources to collect information, analyze data, summarize findings, and produce reporting with insights and recommendations for stakeholders
Conduct research, writing, analysis, and support activities for both ongoing and ad-hoc research and insights needs using established department protocols and principles
Partner with research vendors on specific projects; communicate project requirements, and ensure scope, timing and quality standards are met
Maintain insights library, enhance as needed, and ensure study documents are up-to-date and organized
Coordinate communications as needed, including email updates, presentations, reports, and other materials
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
1 year of experience in marketing, market research, customer insights, competitive insights, or related role
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Critical thinking skills with the ability to collect, document, synthesize, and organize information
Solid oral and written communication skills
Curiosity to dig into data; resourceful
Solid time management skills and task, and detail orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
PBM or healthcare experience
Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platform
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Reporting Structure
- Reports to Director in the Marketing department
Potential pay for this position ranges from $24.38 - $36.30 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
