Creative Experiences (Creative X) is a global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop all consumer brand content and experiences for the Facebook company, Facebook app, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. Our vision is fearless creativity that redefines social. While we lead our team to create innovative films, content, and experience across our own channels, we also guide our lead agencies in the creation of content for TV, Print and OOH. We are looking for a Creative Talent Manager to support our Creative X teams as we source more diverse and inclusive talent across the globe. In this role, you will work with cross-functional partners to identify, source and build world-class creative, production and program management teams. The successful candidate is a problem solver and clear communicator with experience working in a fast-paced creative environment across creative and business functions. We are looking for a detail-oriented strategic operator, who has a passion for talent sourcing, team mapping and future planning to help grow our global creative team. This individual should be deeply passionate about creative, design, execution and setting a creative team up for success.

Required Skills:

  1. Responsible for the sourcing (contractor/freelance roles only), mapping and onboarding of all talent across creative, production, program management and business affairs, including working with external partners

  2. Focus on sourcing a diverse contractor pool so that we are equipped with world class talent that could be that could potentially be converted to full time roles in the future

  3. Build and maintain the strategy & execution for all Creative X owned digital channels (i.e. FB, IG, etc.) to utilize as recruitment tools for both FTE and Contractor opportunities

  4. Own and create what Creative X onboarding looks like strategically (i.e. module which provides information about our team, leadership and best practices when joining CX) and lead the execution & measurement of that strategy

  5. Be a highly strategic operator, detail oriented with a passion for people and finding opportunities to improve and building on processes and systems to help mobilize a global team

  6. Track and manage all contractor interviews with each hiring manager and balance multiple schedules both internally and externally

  7. Tracks and reports on Creative X Professional Services budget forecast and actual spend

  8. Manage the intake of new contractor requests within the resource management system (i.e. Monday)

  9. Run auditions for new talent

  10. evaluating, critiquing and building new resource pools across all disciplines

  11. Attend all talent sourcing opportunities externally to continue to build our brand amongst the other agencies and source best-in-class talent

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years professional experience in Creative Agency or Marketing organizations

  2. BA/BS degree

  3. Experience within creative recruiting with substantial experience in Creative Agency Environment

  4. Experience working with highly sensitive data, understanding the importance of discretion

  5. Expertise in Google Suite of office products

  6. Experience working at a technology, entertainment, gaming, or film/animation company

  7. Experience with creative workflows for AV, Audio, and Design

  8. Experienced in financial tracking and reporting

  9. Experience managing and onboarding freelancers, vendors, agencies, and contractors

  10. Experience in Project Management and Creative Resourcing tools such as Monday, Asana and/or Workfront

  11. Cross-functional manager with experience working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment

  12. Experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking and working in a rapidly changing environment

  13. Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and experience in multitasking

  2. Tech-savvy with experience learning new concepts quickly
