The Salesforce Customer Success Group (CSG) Content Team is looking for a Manager of Content Governance to lead the efforts surrounding the day-to-day content development process, the governance of content platforms, and to monitor overall content performance.
A collaborator at heart, you’ll partner across the organization to gather content development and publishing requirements and will build and deliver the guidelines, enablement, and tools needed to successfully create, publish, and host content.
You’ll use data to analyze content performance by platform and will iterate processes and guidelines to lead continuous improvement efforts across the entire content lifecycle. Your relentless leadership will help us support change by managing and improving our governance processes to ensure a consistent and quality experience for all content customers.

Responsibilities
Govern the use of CSG content platforms and document content governance best practices and guidelines
Identify and enable users who will act as stewards of our content governance model
Review and provide reporting on content performance by platform. Use data to iterate on guidelines and future initiatives
Maintain content templates to ensure consistency across modality and platforms
Establish guidelines to audit content across platforms quarterly. Use findings to inform content maintenance and retirement
Establish and maintain the process for managing our content backlog
Collaborate with peers to build a content maintenance calendar and manage the schedule of updates
Work with the analytics team to create a centralized content performance dashboard
Create a monthly performance report; draft central communications to relay information
Create monthly update reports for leadership to call out highlights and areas for opportunities
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
5+ years of related experience in content development, marketing, creative, program management, or equivalent skills
BA/BS or equivalent in operations, business management, technical communication, writing/composition, or similar field
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Experience using content platforms (Highspot, Kapost, Vidyard, YouTube) is a plus but not required
Able to influence senior/executive cross-functional partners and resolve challenges
Highly collaborative teammate who excels in a complex, matrixed environment
Able to coordinate multiple work streams simultaneously and be equally comfortable owning tasks
Able to work independently and be a self-starter, prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively
