Acxiom LLC Compensation Analyst - Remote in Topeka, Kansas

The Compensation team develops, implements and maintains company compensation policies and programs. This role will partner with the business to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation programs. This role will engage in work such as job descriptions reviews, conducting job analysis, pricing roles and advising HRBPs and business leaders on best practices for offers and promotions. This role maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies. This role may partner with other compensation team members to analyze, design and communicate company compensation programs such as salary structures, bonus plans, and stock plans.

This role can be located remotely in the U.S.

What you will do:

  • Partner with and support the business area to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and program

  • Provide coaching and training to the HR team and business leaders on compensation-related matters from base pay to bonus to stock

  • Run quantitative analysis to interpret the data into actionable program development

  • Assist in project managing the annual compensation review process for bonus, stock, and base pay awards across the company globally

  • Work with the HRIS team and other team members on data and reporting improvements, including configuration changes, upgrades, and enhancements

  • Consult and advise on regulatory issues including FLSA and prevailing wage

  • Conduct audit of job data including EEO and SOC code assignment

  • May assist in completing compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position

  • Match benchmark jobs and maintain benchmark data across the organization

What you will need:

  • 4+ years of corporate compensation experience

  • International Compensation experience (Germany, UK, China)

  • Strong project management skills

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Business acumen

  • Workday experience

  • Familiarity with Finance and Accounting concepts and principles

  • Analytical mindset and a willingness to learn

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

What will set you apart:

  • Experience using PayFactors

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, or similar

  • Sales compensation experience

  • CCP Certification - Certified Compensation Professional
