The primary function of this role is to support the Clinical Programs teams by coordinating communication with end users for post-sale product training on digital intraoral and extraoral imaging products and related software to customers in a clinical setting. The Clinical Coordinator will also serve as source for training escalations work orders and task creation for Customer Success new customer onboarding and additional training requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Makes initial introduction to customer regarding clinical training setup
Assigns Regional Clinical Training Specialists or 1099 training contractors for clinical training
Serves as primary escalation for clinical training work orders
Creates additional work orders that may needed
Processes additional training purchases
Responsible for Learning Management System (LMS) account management
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
2 years of college or equivalent
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, preferred
Target Market Salary Range:

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
