This position has a weekend and holiday rotation requirement.
This position requires travel to facilities and private homes to visit our patients.
The Home Health Aide provides personal care to patients to promote comfort and support.

4679 - Heartland Hospice - Serving Topeka, Kansas
Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health or Hospice Aide, or is currently enrolled as a nursing student who has had a minimum of 6 months clinical experience, or has completed a Home Health or Hospice Adie training program or a certified/ state tested nursing assistant (or completion of PCA course- Florida only), as allowable under state specfic guidelines.
