Business Solutions Analyst

Business Solutions Analyst Overview of Position Responsible for basic platform user setup, security, training and support. This role will also work with TES Operations Partners to identify, evaluate, and develop system procedures which are cost effective and meet business requirements.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Performs platform user setup and security access level support

  • Performs basic system research in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by Operations. Follows standard departmental practices and procedures in research where answers can be readily obtained in seeking solutions.

  • Performs basic set-up and maintenance which are semi-routine in nature; data integrity check/review

  • Test and performs QA activities on basic system settings/changes

  • Performs basic research & resolution on user technical support tickets

  • Other duties as assigned

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1+ years’ experience in billing and/or analytical support within a medical billing setting

  • Strong personal computer literacy required, including working knowledge of relevant software packages such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word)

  • Ability to work with large amounts of data, including checks for integrity, summation

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Preferred experience using ImagineBillingTM software

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical thinking

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to multi – task

  • Ability to meet position metrics goals (KPI’s)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Detail Oriented

  • Proficient in computer networking applications

  • Works well independently as well with others

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

  • Remote working environment with high-speed internet.

How much should I expect to travel?

  • Minimum to no travel

    Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
