As a Business Program Manager supporting UKG’s Customer Success Experience team, you will have an exciting opportunity to help our people with executing against our strategy of achieving a world-class, market differentiating customer experience and delivering on our promise of Partner for Life. This role is vital in supporting transformational programs designed to help our teams with executing proactive customer engagements and supporting our UKG Success/Hypercare Program to enable adoption, empower expertise, and support business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing programs toward the achievement of overarching and ongoing strategic objectives. You will create long-term programs and monitor performance against desired outcomes. You will effectively utilize cross-functional resources across multiple projects and drive and manage stakeholder communication.

This role is designed to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and requires flexibility and adaptability. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate resiliency, agility and high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute against programs that drive critical outcomes for the Customer Success Experience team and UKG’s customers

• Define and oversee program governance, scope, expected outcomes, and success criteria with key stakeholders

• Clearly communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities

• Coordinate organizational enablement/readiness activities to ensure stakeholders receive the information and support needed to prepare their teams and our customers for adoption of product updates and new products

• Track and support timely delivery of initiative deliverables, escalating as needed to assist the team in resolving issues and/or mitigating risk

• Facilitate discussions and lead effective meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross-functional dependencies are identified

• Oversee program deployment and adoption

• Monitor and report on progress to leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience

• 3+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management

• 3+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

• Established record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance standards

• Ability to define and evaluate performance metrics as well as diagnose and resolve issues

• Ability to advise and lead teams through influence

• Outstanding relationship building and communication skills

• Experience applying continuous process improvement concepts, theory, and tools preferred

• Ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility, agility and adaptability

• HCM Industry Experience preferred

• Experience working with customer relationship management tools and case management solutions (Gainsight/Salesforce) strongly preferred
