Accountable for ensuring the managed behavioral health programs meet or exceed established outcomes and performance metrics and the overall success of the programs.\ \ This position is eligible to work onsite, remote or hybrid (9 or more days per month onsite) in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. The compensation range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive wages that align with the individual\'s skills, education, experience, and training. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.

What youll do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the managed behavioral health organization, aligning programs with organizational goals and industry standards.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality behavioral health services in compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor quality assurance processes to uphold evidence-based, client-centered behavioral health services, continuously evaluating and improving program effectiveness.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with the managed behavioral health organization vendor, fostering effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared objectives.

  • Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, and regulatory bodies, to enhance coordination, communication, and alignment of behavioral health programs.

  • Identify potential risks to program success and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure the reliability and integrity of behavioral health services.

What you need

  • Bachelors degree in business, psychology, health administration or related area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.

  • Two years of work experience in project or program management across cross functional projects.

  • Experience with vendor management and/or operations management overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and meeting regulatory requirements.

Bonus if you have

  • Clinical and/or behavioral health training and experience.
