What You’ll Be Doing:
Associate Director, Client Analytics
What You’ll Be Doing:
Posing as strategic partner to our Commercial payer partner’s executives by interpreting data into actionable and meaningful insights
Coordinating with key internal market, operational, clinical and finance stakeholders to understand their data and business needs
Proactively interpreting business needs based upon given reporting requirements and actively seeking out clarity from the partner or internal stakeholders on those requirements as needed
Delivering and overseeing the delivery of standard and ad hoc reports to clients
Identifying population health and cost savings opportunities for clients via data driven insights utilizing SAS, SQL, or our proprietary MicroStrategy-based Business Intelligence tool
Delivering findings in polished, client facing decks or curated insights-driven packets in narrative form
Partnering with various internal teams to deliver high quality analyses to clients
Preferred Experience We Look For:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
3-5 years consulting, analytics, or healthcare experience
Experience in an analytical capacity with client-facing responsibilities
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with medical, pharmacy and ancillary claims data, membership data or other healthcare data
Familiarity with SAS and/or SQL programming language that will enable the ability to adjust code as needed or oversee the work of analysts responsible for the programs
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Strong client management skills with experience discussing analytical deliverables and requirements
Ability to convey the usefulness of reports and analysis to internal and external colleagues who are unfamiliar with data and analytics
Understanding of analytical needs; what is feasible and what isn’t feasible given data limitations
Understanding of data systems and the critical thinking skills to account for data design / architecture changes
Familiarity with Commercial payer organizations
Experience presenting to client executives
“Jack of all Trades” with analytical tools (i.e., SAS, Python, R, SQL, Alteryx) with a preference for SAS and SQL
Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $64,600, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
