Guardian Life Annuity Distribution Alliances Relationship Manager in Topeka, Kansas
This individual will have responsibility for initiating, implementing and maintaining excellent relationships with Distribution Alliances for annuities.
The proper execution of the role is critical to growing our Distribution Alliances and gaining alignment within Guardian in support of the firms we do business with. Success in this position will lead to significant growth in annuities sales!
Key partners include Third-Party Partners, Product, Distribution, Financial Professionals, Marketing, and Sales.
You will
Establish productive relationships with key partners inside Guardian and align support around growing our Distribution Alliances.
Secure and maintain product and sales solution shelf-space with targeted Distribution Alliances, requiring a high degree of proactive support for these firms.
Launch product and marketing initiatives into specific Distribution Alliances.
Generate comprehensive reports, presentations and ad hoc special projects as needed.
Develop, implement and effectively implement sales strategies.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and provide feedback on campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
You have
Must be eloquent communicator, who is able to collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
Must have a deep knowledge of and experience with financial services business– minimum 8-10 years of annuities distribution and operations/back-office experience.
Must be a great teammate and have excellent communication, interpersonal, influence/persuasive, organizational, and presentation skills.
Must be customer focused and have strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of competitive insights and market awareness.
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance measurements.
Salary Range
$64,830.00 - $106,515.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
