The Enterprise Marketing Platforms & Solutions (EMPS) organization within Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) is a global enterprise-wide Center of Excellence. EMPS’s mission is to enable marketing innovation and growth through quality, speed and delivery excellence. This position on EMPS’s Marketing Enablement Team has the responsibility to support multiple EMPS campaign execution and capabilities’ new hire training-related activities as well as deliver ongoing training to EMPS customers. Candidate must be able to function independently, effectively prioritize his/her work, and be willing to bring new ideas to the table. Some knowledge of training analytic tools and experience working with learning management systems is strongly preferred.
Responsible for providing strategic support for ongoing training program management related activities
Work towards becoming a subject matter expert of EMPS Campaign Execution Capabilities and Processes
Independently drive operational excellence for EMPS training efforts including coordination of training logistics, training facilitation and ongoing content management
Support the Manager – Transformation Enablement & Training, in partnering with capability and process owners to create and implement training plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement
Actively track/document/report out on training program effectiveness success measures
Support the development of methods and tools to measure and evaluate training program impact and effectiveness across organization
Support the imminent multi-year transformation roadmap execution of strategic initiatives across EMPS
The successful incumbent will need to quickly develop relationships and position him/herself in an advisory role to best understand dynamic business requirements, identify save opportunities, analyze complex variables and create training strategies that are both valuable and actionable. The successful candidate will have an ability to work across a broad range of categories, regions and functions.
Experience or interest in operating in a Learning & Development role or relevant industry experience
Adept at supporting a large-scale training program
Experience with applying learning design and needs analysis techniques
2 years of applying project management skills - time management, stakeholder management, project reporting skills
Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently and develop in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Change Management methodologies & best practices
Experience with tracking and reporting on high volumes of data and maintaining its integrity
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business partners, internal customers, and colleagues to drive business results
Strong work ethic with an intense will-to-win and demonstrated personal excellence
Preferred degree In Organizational Behavior, Communications, Business, or related discipline
Ability to work well with ambiguity
Adept at problem solving / solutions-driven mentality
Grace under pressure
Required tool knowledge:
MS office – Excel, Visio, PPT
Preferred tool knowledge:
e-Learning Development Software (bonus if Adobe Captivate)
