Quality Analyst – Performance Support (CHC)

Overview

This role will support the Global Services Learning Network (GSLN) Quality team by conducting content quality reviews of CHC articles and conducting process audits of ServiceNow projects.

Key details

  • Review the content of CHC articles and assess against established quality checklists and standards.

  • Review completed ServiceNow projects and assess against established checklists and standards.

  • Provide written feedback to writers highlighting any changes needed.

  • Work with the Quality and leadership teams to identify and implement strategies to improve content and process quality.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Consistently high quality scores – both content and process quality.

  • Experience performing ServiceNow process quality reviews preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow up skills.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver on business goals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a diverse team under deadline pressure.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Excellent relationship management, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable taking initiative and solving diverse problems.

  • Experience working with Comet/CHC and ServiceNow.
