Kansas Employer Agricultural Equipment Operator/Truck Driver in Syracuse, Kansas

Employee will need to operate combines, silage choppers, trucks, tractors and loaders as needed. Employee must be able to complete routine repairs and maintenance on Claas choppers and combines, John Deere tractors, harvest trucks and other farm equipment. Must be able to work with center pivot irrigation, managing, maintaining and budget water rights. Employee will need to spread manure on fields. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employers discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employers discretion.
