Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, intuitive, and scalable test automation tools.

  • Design comprehensive testing scenarios to reveal critical bugs.

  • Design automated tests to validate Frontend and Backend, including APIs, database, SDK

  • Perform automated testing in Agile software development environment

  • Collaborate with QA, Product, UX, and Engineering through requirements, design, and implementation stages

  • Troubleshoot test failures and resolve test script/infrastructure issues

  • Set up and maintain test plans in CI CD tools

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Related technical field

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Java development and QA methodologies

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with UI test automation using Selenium WebDriver and Appium, including cross browser/device testing

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with API test automation using home-grown/open-source technologies, such as, RestAssured

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with test frameworks, such as, JUnit, Cucumber, Serenity BDD

  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, REST, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, etc.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience with CI/CD tools, such as, Bamboo/Jenkins

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in SQL, preferably, MySQL

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master s degree

  • Start-up experience

  • Strong analytical skills ability to understand the constraints of a design problem and identify the tradeoffs

  • Proven ability to effectively lead and mentor team members

  • Outstanding communications, relationship building, and collaboration skills.

  • Proven ability to partner and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a “consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
