Aerotek Travelling Construction Superintendent in Salina, Kansas
Travelling Construction Superintendent. First projects are in Minnesota and then moving out to Salina, KS or throughout Texas.
Oversees commercial construction projects to ensure customers are provided with completed projects in accordance with the customer’s and company's standards.
Projects are Target store remodels
o Could include bathroom remodels, store remodels, store fixtures and installation, beauty counters, etc.
o Also doing a variety of other work across the country – ground up CarMax, Kohls stores, Verizon stores, Best Buy fixtures, Sephora remodels
o These foreman/superintendents MUST be okay with doing some of the work, this is a hands-on role
o Many of these projects are worked on overnight
o Important that candidates are open to working nights
o Will still look at day shift candidates
o Commercial construction management experience (foreman or superintendent)
Can be tenant improvement/remodel or ground-up
Will look at any commercial background (retail preferred)
o Store installation experience a plus
Must be willing to travel nationwide
All travel and travel time paid for, ability to go back home every other weekend, per diem
$30/day per diem
$20/hr during travel time
All hotels, flights, mileage paid for (including when returning home)
