This job was posted by https://www.kansasworks.com : For more information, please see: https://www.kansasworks.com/ada/r/jobs/11350580 Description**$2,000 Sign on BONUS**To be a successful Residential Clinician you must become able to do the following always:Follow Agency Policy and Procedure.Operate according to the Department Operations Manual.Provide individual, group and family therapy, meeting the varied needs of the client population placed on campus. Provide aftercare services which may include in-home family therapy.Complete documentation needs in compliance with agency policy and governing regulations. Coordinate client care with community service providers. Provide court reports/testimony when necessary. Participate in Residential on call rotation.Maintain or grow in expected competency level.Provide input regarding admissions to programs.Provide consultation to program staff as needed. Meet departmental goals and outcomes. How you will spend your time in this job:50% Clinical Practice30% Administrative15% Consultation5% On Call DutiesParticipation in supervision, agency-wide and staff meetings.QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Mental Health Counseling. Licensed to practice with supervision or independently in the State of Kansas. Obtaining clinical supervision is the responsibility of the employee. Professional clinical experience and knowledge of treating victims of human trafficking preferred. Competency in using a personal computer required. Must document information in an electronic medical record. Ability to travel, driving agency or personal vehicle including at night. Ability to do occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Able to walk up stairs. Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Employee is subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally; inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
