All material handler personnel must be willing to work in any department. material handlers must be trained and licensed in the operation of material handling equipment. failure to perform material handling duties in a safe, efficient manner will disqualify an individual and they shall become subject to lay off and possible termination.

Starting pay rate: \$19.48

Bonus opportunities!

Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to \$600 each quarter; just for showing up to work your scheduled hours!

Gainshare Bonus - hourly associates have the potential to earn up to 10% of their gross monthly pay; potentially \$300 per month!

Production Bonus - associates have the potential to earn daily bonuses based on the plant hitting production goals; potentially up to \$11.50 per hour in addition to your base pay!

MH-Formation Shifts:

A Shift: Sun-Tues, every other Wed; 5:10am to 5:42pm

B Shift: Sun-Tues, every other Wed; 5:10pm to 5:42am

C Shift: Thurs-Sat, every other Wed; 5:25am to 6:00pm

D Shift: Thurs-Sat, every other Wed; 5:25pm to 6:00am

Responsibilities

Must successfully complete the material handling training and be licensed for the equipment used.

Capable of performing simple math and record information in written form.

Input and extract information from the computer.

Load and unload over-the-road trailers with powered equipment.

Must be able to understand and communicate in simple English to receive training instruction and to perform team responsibilities.

Comply with all safety and health policies and procedures.

Maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition.

Must be able to operate and follow JD Edwards system.

Comply with current quality systems requirements.

Hazardous waste training shall be provided to the employee within six months of the date the employee filled this position and a review of this training provided every 12 months thereafter. The employee will complete a program of classroom instruction. The employee shall be supervised until training is completed. The training shall consist of a review of proper management of hazardous waste, satellite accumulation containers, how to review and prepare a hazardous waste manifest, and proper labeling requirements.

Perform other work as assigned by Management including 5S cleaning

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

Motor skills to operate material handling equipment in locations where product is stored

From the floor to 16 foot racks in narrow aisles.

Perform various duties requiring walking, sitting, lifting, bending, twisting.

Must be able to wear protective equipment required of the position.

Occasional lifting from grams up to 50 lbs.

Will be exposed to extreme environmemtal conditions (hot, cold, humid)

Equipment Used:

Reach truck, fork lift, walkie, clipboard, pen/pencil, JD Edwards rf

Education, Experience, Skills Required:

Excellent attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous manufacturing or related experience
