This job was posted by https://www.kansasworks.com : For more information, please see: https://www.kansasworks.com/ada/r/jobs/11350577 Description**$3,000 Sign on BONUS**To be a successful Director of Residential Clinical Services you must become able to do the following always:Follow Agency Policy and Procedure.Operate according to the Department Operations Manual.Develop, supervise and oversee the clinical operations of the behavioral health and addictions services in the residential program.Provide administrative and clinical supervision (as appropriate) to the residential program clinicians and addictions counselors.Facilitate and participate in clinical services and residential operational meetings, providing oversight and guidance related to clinical services.Provide financial oversight of the residential clinical services budgets and clinician productivity.Participate in strategic planning efforts: develop and implement strategic direction for Clinical Service programs.Function as an active member of clinical on-call, assisting with crisis intervention whenever possible by intervening with the client/family/resource in person.Ensure trauma informed programming occurs with a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect and a focus on resilience and recovery.Work closely with the Department for Children and Families, Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services, Managed Care Organizations, Insurance providers, accreditation body, and other stakeholders to ensure quality services, responsiveness, and compliance.Other duties as assigned. How you will spend your time in this job:65% Clinical Program Development and Management25% Supervision10% Participation in committee meetings, management team, workgroupsQualificationsTo qualify for this job you need to have:Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Mental Health Counseling.Licensed to practice independently in the state of Kansas as a LSCSW, PhD, PsyD, LCP, LCMFT or LCPC. Preferred Licensed in the state of Kansas to provide addiction services as a LCAC. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required, 5 years experience preferred.Prefer experience working in a residential setting.Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.Physical working requirements - Ability to travel, driving agency or personal vehicle including at night. Ability to do occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Able to walk up stairs. Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Employee is subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally; inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
