Responsibilities
Follow the plan of care to provide safe, competent care/ services to the client.
Help the client maintain good personal hygiene and maintaining a healthy safe environment.
Provide assistance with bathing and grooming.
Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
Assist the client with ambulation as detailed by Care Plan.
Perform routine housekeeping tasks.
Encourage the Client\'s independence.

Must have a high school diploma.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must pass a physical
Must comprehend the basics of personal care, housekeeping and meal preparation.
Must be able to work some weekends.
Must pass a background check.
Must have reliable transportation, current insurance and current driver\'s license.
