Positions Available: Full-Time, 1st Shift Box Assembly (Builders). This position is for the \"Hands-On\" personality type. Helpful Background: General Construction knowledge with experience using pneumatic staple & nail guns, tape measure in US Standard, and metric measurement. Teamwork, good communication, and attention to detail. The Box (Cabinet) Builders pull parts from transfer carts after finishing and assemble per plans.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

General construction experience utilizing saws, machine operation, and pneumatic tools is helpful. On-the-job training for candidates willing to learn with no experience.

Attention to detail

Ability to review products and materials during the manufacturing process

Communicate verbally or in written form.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Follow safety requirements

Desire to build quality cabinetry

Willingness to listen to and receive instruction

A desire to learn and retain information

Ability to transport up to 50 pounds regularly

Able to remain stationary for long periods

Willing to learn wood species, finishes (stains and paints), and cabinet parts for assembly.

Responsibilities:

Be able to work effectively and courteously with co-workers

Understand and follow safety guidelines, including wearing company-provided protective equipment

Provide regular and consistent attendance - be on time for the work schedule

Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company-provided quality standards

Willingly participate in all training

Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures
