The Advent Outsourcing Services Technical Account Manager is responsible for the ongoing delivery of high quality service to AOS clients. The AOS Technical Account Manager functions as a business analyst and as a central point of contact for Advent’s most complex clients, managing their technical and operational needs related to their AOS service.

Description

The AOS Associate Technical Account Manager is responsible for the ongoing delivery of high quality service to AOS clients. The AOS Associate TAM functions as a business analyst and as a central point of contact for Advent’s most complex clients, managing their technical and operational needs related to their AOS service. The AOS Associate TAM has a detailed understanding of clients’ AOS dedicated environments, including all Advent products, integration points, customization, automation and workflow, and manages projects with other Advent teams. The AOS Associate TAM is responsible for high priority issue management and is an important contributor to major product and infrastructure upgrade planning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate product workflows and automation systems for AOS clients

  • Document client workflow and automation

  • Manage product and infrastructure issues to resolution

  • Plan environment and software upgrades and projects with Advent and client teams

  • Assigned account owner for Advent’s largest and most complex AOS clients

  • Advocate for client success throughout customer lifecycle

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 4 years’ experience in Advent technical support, systems support, professional services and/or account management

  • Deep knowledge of Advent Portfolio Exchange and Advent Custodial Data

  • Deep knowledge of back and middle office services such as account reconciliation, market data management, and account performance

  • Strong knowledge of data related workflow and automation in the Advent product platform, including 3rd party integration

  • Knowledge of networking topologies and virtualized systems such as VMWare and Citrix

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

  • Ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities to planned deadlines and expectations

  • Ability to communicate information and conduct training effectively to a broad audience
